Shelagh Albert, R.M.T
Shelagh's extensive experience in dance and yoga has given her a deep understanding of the body and the stresses it can experience, as well as the healing benefits of movement and breath. This awareness has helped her become an intuitive and focussed therapist.
A graduate of Kikkawa College, she uses a variety of techniques including Trigger Point and Myofascial Release, Swedish Deep Tissue, and Thai massage, all of which are grounded in a belief in treating each client based on their unique needs and in the inherent healing power of mindful touch.
The benefits of treatment range from simple relaxation to sustained relief from chronic pain, injury, and stress. Better sleep, improved energy levels, and pure bliss have been reported.
